Instruction
Use 1% of Jetyoung ECO Textile Dyeing Liquid for dyeing light color textile and 3%~5% of Jetyoung ECO Textile Dyeing Liquid for dark textile color; water 91%~99%; dye 0.5%~3%; thickening agent 0%~2%; the others additives, chemicals or agents are 0%. This products is 100% environmental friendly. It can also be applied on textile printing and dyeing industry.

Traditional Textile Dyeing Process
Put the textile into a container with dyes, water, additives and others chemicals. Cook for 1 hour at 130C. Wash the dyes waste away for one or several times until the textile are clean. Go dehydration and stereotyping. For dyeing a 2000M textile, it takes at least 4 hours to complete a Textile dyeing processing. The estimate cost is U$0.3/M

Jetyoung ECO Textile Dyeing Process
Dip the textile into the preferred color liquid (Eco-textile dyeing liquid + water + dye). After dehydration, bake at 200C for 1 minute, the color will achieve the saturation point and fixed on the textile. It takes about 30 minutes to complete the whole textile dyeing process. The estimate dyeing cost is U$0.12/M
